Customer Data: the contacts, deals, calendar events, forms, quotes, messages, and other business information you or your team enter into the Service.
Usage & technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website or the Service.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Service, process payments, send account and billing communications, provide support, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information or Customer Data.
4. How We Share Information
We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service — including payment processing, email delivery, cloud hosting and database infrastructure, and background job scheduling. Each provider receives only the information necessary to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy terms. If you connect a personal third-party account (for example, your own SMS provider), your use of that connection is also governed by that provider’s own privacy policy.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Lead Marketplace: if you or your team list a contact’s information for sale through the Lead Marketplace, that contact’s name, phone number, email address, and the other details you list are disclosed to the sub-account that purchases it, and a copy is created as a new contact record in that purchasing sub-account’s own workspace. Whoever lists a contact through the Lead Marketplace is responsible for having the right to share that contact’s information in this way. We are not responsible for how a purchasing sub-account subsequently uses, stores, or contacts a lead they purchase.
5. Data Storage & Security
Customer Data is stored on our hosting and database providers with access controls limiting it to your account and team. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and Customer Data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
